Royce
Imaging Industries ink jet cartridges have been remanufactured under stringent
quality control standards to assure performance that equals or exceeds original
equipment.
Royce Imaging Industries warrants each
compatible Ink Jet Cartridge (“Cartridge”) sold, to be free of defects in both
materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 180 days
from the original date of purchase.This
warranty does not apply to cartridges which have been altered, damaged,
improperly stored or installed, or subjected to abuse or abnormal
operation.Royce Imaging Industries
will, at its option, subject to reasonable verification of the defect, replace
the defective cartridge with a replacement or refund the full purchase price
paid.Further, in the event that any
cartridge found to be defective caused damage to any printer, copier or fax
machine, for which the cartridge was designed for use, Royce Imaging Industries
will assume liability for such damage and will at its option repair or replace
the damaged parts.Requests for warranty
reimbursements must be accompanied by 1) satisfactory evidence that the damage
occurred during the warranty period, 2) satisfactory evidence that the
cartridge was the actual cause of the damage, 3) A copy of the service report
showing the name and address of the company performing usual repairs, 4) the
schedule of periodic preventative maintenance performed on the equipment, 5) A
signed statement by a qualified technician on his letterhead, stating that the
damage to the equipment was caused by the cartridge.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND SETS FORTH YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE
REMEDIES IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH WARRANTIES.
IN NO EVENT, SHALL ROYCE IMAGING INDUSTRIES BE
LIABLE FOR ANY COLLATERAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH THE USE OF LOSS OF ANY CARTRIDGE.
